Hospitals face critical challenges in healthcare staffing, resource availability, and operational efficiency. Recruitment, job requests, medical devices, and operations lived in disconnected flows, and the product had to work in both English and Arabic across desktop and mobile.

The product UX is all about calm control. We defined the platform architecture, brand mark, and visual language, then designed a unified dashboard — overview metrics, candidate and job flows, medical devices and supplies, locum staffing, full RTL support, and responsive layouts — so hospital teams can act quickly on any device.
